Surprise week!

This last week has been a week full of surprises! My dad turned 60 last Friday! If you know my family you have probably already figure out that we would have lots of surprises planned. My family LOVE them!

My whole family, three sisters, mom, dad, grandma and grandpa accompanied with a lot of friends were going to go to Copenhagen for the weekend to celebrate him! My dad didn’t know about any of these plans and he had no idea I was flying home from Florida to surprise him for his birthday!

It was my grandmas birthday too so when I opened the door to her house singing, with a cake in my hands she was in schook!! She was so happy to see me and that I wouldn’t miss out on this weekend together!

I am so glad I took the time to go home for this, I have had the best of times! It was amazing to get some quality time with everyone in my family, I have missed them so much! I feel like the older you get the more you appreciate your family. I am blessed to have three sisters, the bond between us four is something very special! One of the best things though was to see my dog Skorpan!! It is crazy how much you can miss your dog!
